I had the opportunity to design a new web solution and logo for a client in Arlington, TX. I mixed an attractive hue of blues with a vibrant tangerine orange in order to make this color scheme work. The client was very pleased and referred a few more clients my way.

Executive Pastor RS Emerson contacted me about designing and printing some event flyers for a new ministry at the church he served at called Y.O.U (Yielded, Outspoken and Unmovable) Ministry.

He wanted something that would allow his organization to save money and at the same time meet the spiritual needs of people. So we settled on an undated flyer with branding, design and progressive elements.

For the last 8 months, I’ve had the opportunity to establish a National Outdoor Retailer’s Brand Identity, Strategy and Marketing for their line of Sun Care Products. AGS Brands has been in the business of Active Lifestyle Sun Care for the past 30 years. Additionally, they have established a strong name and presence among Outdoor Retailers such as REI, Dollar Tree, CVS and others on both Coasts in the United States.

Rising Star Baptist Church

Rising Star Baptist Church needed a Motion Graphic along with other marketing material for their upcoming Marvin Sapp Concert that would celebrate their pastor 20th Pastoral Anniversary. We brainstormed together and put the initial piece together… and with a few tweaks later… I came up with this rich, smooth and tasteful motion.

The Vision of the Church is to be the Worship Center that seeks to RECLAIM lost souls, RESHAPE lives, REJOICE in love, REACT to the Holy Spirit while RESPONDING to God’s call.

First KLM Commercial

My first Kingdom Life Media Video was inspired by whack ads, beats and graphics… so I thought I would reverse the trend and go for dope hip hop lyrics and beats. In addition, I wanted to create a catchy urban look and feel.

I played with the colors for several days and finally landed on changing my shirt color to orange.

Cherri McCray of Faith Bookkeeping needed something a little more modern, sleek and informative to put the finishing touch to the website I designed for her… So I designed her something short sweet and to the point… a 39 second commercial! It showcases smooth typology, colors and a sweet financial tree at the end. Mission Accomplished.

The Stone

The Stone is the youth ministry of Cornerstone Baptist Church in Arlington, TX where Rev. Dwight McKissic is the Senior Pastor. They are currently led by Rev. Robert White who hails from Los Angeles, California. In creating the Brand for their series, “How Do You Broadcast Your Life?” we agreed to take an approach that dealt with applying Biblical Truth through 3 basic STEPs:

Cornerstone Academy Launch

Kingdom Life Media launched Cornerstone Academy’s Website with a few things in mind. It is a long established fact that parents who are interested in their child educational development go the extra mile in hopes of securing the child’s future. I developed this site with Education in mind. It needed to be accessible to parents, modern, simple in design, easy to update for its administrators and cost effective. Carla McKissic, Director of Cornerstone Academy, was instrumental in giving and creating content for the new site.

Church History

A Church History Anniversary 2 Minute short I did for St. John Church in Grand Prairie/Southlake TX in the Summer of 2009! The reception that I received from this piece was phenomenal and humbling all at the same time. This was played during all of St. John’s Services (7AM, 9AM, 10AM, and 11AM) on that particular Anniversary Sunday. It was seen by thousands of people, which again was humbling. I was given full creative direction regarding this project. The graphics are stock, non-exclusive, and custom.

Bridge Builders Ministries

I recently completed the November Announcements for Bridge Builder Ministries in Dallas, TX. Von Minor contacted me about this gig and I completed it in a couple of days! He needed an urban feel to reach an urban audience. Um… I wish I had more time… but kinda of the way visual arts works at times. The end product was something that Bridge Builder Ministries staff liked. The Music is by Canton Jones.

The TWEM organization, whose founder is “Kenyan Icon” Reverend Teresia Wairimu, to design and deliver flyers for their annual conference. I went with a color scheme that complemented there already established logo. They reviewed the work, reworked some ideas, and rushed the order to print!

R U Fishin? Web Design

The R U Fishin? website has been in the making for a while… and it’s finally here! Lawrence Jenkins, the founder of R U Fishin?, his team, and I put our nuggets together and fleshed out the content and design for this project. They wanted a simple E-Commerce Solution that would allow their clients and potential customers to buy product.

In addition, they wanted the E-Commerce Solution to be user friendly for both client and administrator. Next, I provided a simple eNews feature that allows visitors to sign up with their site to receive weekly emails. Last, I branded Petee (their logo), the R U Fishin? Typology, Colors with print design.
